Biography

My research interests revolve around wellbeing, mentalhealth, and social psychology. My work spans several areas, particularly state聽 authenticity, music therapy, social power, and motivational psychology. I am聽 especially interested in the precursors and outcomes of state authenticity and聽 the cognitive mechanisms through which social power influences individuals鈥櫬 feelings, perceptions, and actions.

I have expanded into music therapy and appliedinterventions, developing evidence-based projects that support wellbeing and聽 resilience in displaced families. One of these projects, 鈥淢usic 4 Displaced聽 Dyads: East & West,鈥 was nominated by 果冻传媒 University for the Global聽 Impact Award at the 2025 University Alliance (UK) Annual Awards.
