  • Department Psychology

  • Location London

Research activities

Neelam's聽research aims to explore work-life balance and health聽behaviours聽in non-traditional families. When work-life balance is discussed, the term is most often discussed in regards to a typical married couple with children. However, the workplace is a diverse environment and individuals who are employed come from a variety of demographic backgrounds, may it be unmarried/single people, extended families, older people with grown-up children or those who simply live alone. Neelam's research therefore aimed to explore the experiences of this wide range of groups rather than just focusing on 'traditional' families.
